Support is a pain the butt. There is a back and forth of hundreds of emails for you having to end up finding the solution yourself. If you're looking for good support and customer service, look somewhere else.
I never asked for VPN, but I got an invoice for it! I then asked them via email to confirm that this is an error and cancel the invoice, but there was no response. Now I went into the system and cancelled from there a service that I never requested. Not sure what went wrong here, but this should not happen.
They have given me incredible customer service, they have attended to every one of my requests, they have answered and solved my doubts. I recommend them 100%
They promise good service, then they always ask for money, more money and they do not correct any mistakes. Worst service in the world.
