I asked for help and because I didn't look like i had money, he was very rude to me, when my hubby turned up and we decided we wanted 2×16 sets of plates he changed in everyway cos we were going to spend a lot of money. Plates are lovely. But you should never judge a book by its cover!!!

Exceptional sales man and service
Exceptional sales man and service. There was literally nothing we could have asked about the items we were looking at and comparing that the sales man couldn’t have answered - he was just brilliant. I’ve rarely had such a positive shopping experience. Patient, fulsome in his answers, keen to ensure he was steering us to items that met our needs but comparing different options… just can’t speak highly enough of the store or the staff. We’ll definitely be back.
