Colleague dealt with return item efficiently no quibble! We chose an upgraded Procook milk frother and paid the difference in price. Pleased with new milk frother!

Staff were really helpful
Staff were really helpful. I need a set of knives and had absolutely no clue. They didn't push me towards more expensive items. I told them what I needed, and they also gave me upkeep advice.
The knives were also great! ( extremely sharp, I'll need to get used to that!)
