Great customer service. Nice and straight forward to purchase some knives for our campervan. The knives all have sleeves for added protection.

The staff are very helpful but not pushy. Leave you to look around but always available when needed. Amazing selection of cooking appliances and equipment. Went in for 1 item, came out with 5!! Love it there

Charming, knowledgeable and very helpful lady in the shop which is well stocked with everything you could possibly need in your domestic kitchen. I bought 2 heavy gauge enamel roasting tins (very reasonably priced) and a few other bits and pieces which were in the three for £10 offer. The tins roasted 2 spatchcocked poussin and potatoes beautifully. Highly recommend this shop at Pughs Garden Village.

The person in the shop was most helpful, cheerful and helpful. To walk around and admire your range is a great experience and very tempting.

Very welcoming staff as she comes through the door had a returns of a hospital lid. She found my receipt on the computer and exchanged it straight away. Fantastic experience. Overall fantastic service would highly recommend.

Wide range of products with excellent in store display. Prices are very competitive and the quality of the products available appear to be excellent.

We went into the shop and the sales assistant was fabulous, she explained and helped us chose new saucepans and knives offering guidance based on our wants and needs - the quality of the items was very good and although higher in price than basic or supermarket pans they are def worth it

your staff were very friendly and helpful even going to the stores to find my article without huffing and puffing.
