Good products
The store staff were friendly, helpful but not over bearing. Allowed me to browse but were readily available when needed to gave me advice on products when I asked. They helped me choose with the information they gave me and I am happy with my purchase. The store had a vast choice of items at the same price as on line. I prefer to shop and see my products, rather than on line. I just wish there was a store nearer to me as Braintree isn't that close but is my nearest store

I asked the assistant where a product was and was told you didn’t sell it, when I said I had been told you did she asked another assistant who went straight to it.
It felt like it was easier to say no than check.
