We bought two items
We bought two items, the staff were pleasant and polite on both occasions. One item had to be returned as it didn't fit our requirements on getting it home. There was no problem at all to return the item.

standard
On our first purchase at the end of last year, we bought a set of pans. In the end, they were all securely packaged... This time we went back to buy a lid for the frying pan, which was a glass lid, but it wasn't even wrapped in paper. For the prices they charge and the quality of their products, the final delivery process to the consumer should follow the same standard.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We regret to hear that the packaging of your recent glass lid purchase did not meet the standard you expected, especially after your positive first experience with our pans. We will review our delivery process to ensure our products are consistently well-protected.
