I bought two pans at Bluewater. Had a great experience. The attendant was great, gave me all information I needed. I went to buy 1 pan and ended up buying 2 and a couple of small items.
Very please with my non-stick pans!!! Loved them! If I had known the brand before would had saved a lot of money spent in failed attempts of buying a descent non sticking pans.

Staff were friendly and amazing
Staff were friendly and amazing. Sharon was professional she took us on a tour of the items with good prices and about to be sold out . The other girls were supportive they got me a trolley twice to help in my shopping and transfer to my car .

Was delighted to find smaller sized cake tins (15cm and 18cm) as these can be tricky to source. Well-laid out shop and friendly, helpful assistants
I know from past purchases the quality of Pro Cook is outstanding – so I have high hopes for these new cake tins.

The salesperson was friendly and when asked she took her time explaining and showing us the items I wanted to buy, then wrapped them and allowed us to pick them up later in the morning.
