I have been using this company for several years. They are kind, professional and on top of things. Everything is processed quickly and done well.

I am set up for autorefill with PRJKT RUBY. I never get notification when a shipment is coming or when my account will get charged. Typically with other services, they send notifications for autorefills several days in advanced. I did not have enough time to update my shipping address and now cannot identify a way to change it. I love the service itself and the accessibility to contraceptive, but this experience was especially frustrating.
