In general not bad, good speed and reliability with all services except VPN Tor... sometimes quite slow. Ready to try in some more restrictive countries.

Dear Graham Gil
Thank you for your review. Please take our deepest apologies for any inconveniences and let me clarify the situation.
That is true that during 2 months the company doesn’t work properly.
In March 2017 the project was headed by a new team which started working on unsolved problems.
The company extended accounts, in order to compensate time without service or refunded clients who did not get a proper service.
Critical technical problems were solved and the service was improved. Customer support resumed its work.
Currently privatoria.net is developing:
Back-end architecture system was completely redesigned
Chrome extension was added and we will add an extension for Firefox soon
Web-site https://privatoria.net was updated
Windows client will be added soon (we expect it in June 2017)
In case your problem was not solved please contact our support team
support[@]privatoria.net. Give us a second chance. We would be glad to offer you to extend your account for free. So you could test it and decide if updated service fitting your expectations.

Took my money, and ghost treatment
Saw a review of this on hacker news recommending it. Im almost sure all the postive reviewers here are fake. They have ignored everyone of my emails indicating I can't use their service and there is no number to contact them. Shame on me for falling for this but lets shame this company into shutting down.

The login is not working
I bought this service few days ago and after running all the setup on my windows 10 computer. The system didn't work. It said invalid user name and password. I have done this several times and its doing the same thing. I have written the company many times and no one is responding to my message. Its so annoying and frustrating that you spend your money on something and the company you bought it from is not responding to your message as to fix the problem. I wont recommend this service to anyone as is a rip off and waste of time.

Unable to connect for two weeks
I bought a subscription to use the server, at first I was not sure but then i decided to give it a try, big mistake. After two weeks and several email requesting support no one wrote me back with a possible solution to my issue, what they did was to gave me a 14 days extension of my subscription, something that I didn't want it. At present day I'm still unable to connect and when requested my money back I only got: "We will give you a respond ASAP". A company like this shouldn't be cheating on customers. I regretted I made a wrong decision but I'm gonna make sure to write on you in every single corner of internet. No more Privatoria.net

VPN I need
Like Privatoria for the opportunity to use Tor service without any software and from any device. Very important feature for my business trips.

Unlock Google store to play Pokemon go!
Privatoria helped me to unlock Google Play geo restrictions (because i was unable to download one app from my country). I really wanted to pay for it, but was unable to since my country was not in the list. I was travelling India with my friends and wanted to try Pokemon go, just for fun :) Was only able to do so by changing my IP location using VPN service provided by Privatoria. Nothing serious, everything was quick and simple.

We prefer to stay anonymous
I work in IT company as a software QA lead. The product we produce contains high level of anonymity and it is vital for us to use protected channels in everything that we do.
I have originally purchased Privatoria package for 3 months to test it for myself, for Proxy.
They, however, offer the other services such as VPN, Tor for the same package price.
I have now shared my subscription with colleagues and we are about to purchase a corporate license. The service is quite inexpensive, and has an outstanding support.
Highly recommended!

Programmers also need to be protected
Im a program developer and use VPN Tor to double encrypt the data.
Being technically savvy is not always enough when it comes to an open Internet where anyone can track you.
I work on several projects and have access to many vulnerable data (including payment accounts) and have once been hacked while using public WIFI.
Changing proxy is not enough for me since i need to be sure that my data will be encrypted so that hackers cannot get it.
I do recommend to use Privatoria's VPN Tor service, since it is unique on the market and is relatively cheap..

Many services, same price
I have been using Privatoria for more than a year now. The service is perfect so far.
They have removed several servers though, new ones have been added.
I purchased it for VPN, however, discovered that i can not only use VPN but there are other services available within the same package. PGP- email encryption has helped me a lot while sharing a corporate info on a business trip. I can recommend Privatoria to all who value customer care relations and are looking for best value for your money.

Reliable and easy to use
The service works as advertised. I did not have any configuration issues on my Debian machine. The speed is's fine, at least for browsing, emails and chats. I also use Secure E-mail. It works great and has OpenPGP integrated (disabled by default). The support team isda professional and you can expect real assistance from them

My Own Private Territory!
First comes a bit subjective consideration of mine - while looking for a VPN / Proxy service provider, I actually liked the title, Privatoria - it sounds homelike & cozy to me, very reliable:)
Second, technically, it’s really simple to use their services. Since I’m not a tech-savvy geek, it’s a top priority requirement for me. No additional software’s required for installation, there’re detailed setup manuals & very helpful support team (been extremely patient with my layman questions :)).
They’re fairly young & non-expensive like all startups, but have their guts to compete in the sphere with big players. They offer a great bundle of online security & anonymity services I would definitely recommend to everyone who surfs the web a lot, both at home & on the road, on business & for leisure.
Last but not the least, I know the team had some difficult times, but still managed to overcome them & now go on with their mission, and even accelerate - they add new countries, servers & services! Keep it up, guys!
