Make process more clear with simple instructions. Give a flowchart of your process to the customer before you engage with them. Continue to communicate with them of each step to reduce anxiety. Understand customer needs and limitations. I think, due to delay in process and decisions interest rates gone up and I had to shell down more for the product. Otherwise ok.

Amazing & Fast support
The team at Private Fleet really supported us in getting our new car.
We had issues with another fleet provider; our worker, Nick McCreary, was amazing and super quick in transferring us over to Private Fleet for support and continuing with our purchase of the car, which went super smoothly, and he delivered on time. Delivery updates
Did not seem to understand that delivery advices should be date delivered to me - not to one of their service providers. It took over 1 month to deliver and all works were not completed. Their service providers were also very inaccurate on their delivery updates.

Tip Top Harrison, Aida & their Private Fleet Team
From the first contact, Harrison, Aida and their team gave us ready, regular, personable advice about our prospective and actual negotiations to find our Mazda CX-30 Pure G-20 2WD SUV.
While our initial approach was late in the 2025 plate clearances, Harrison, after a very efficient and effective campaign, came up with a remarkable offer!
At first we had preferred a Snow White vehicle, but, that colour being highly popular, and it being late in the clearances, the available Ceramic colour suits us very well.
In late March 2026 we are meeting the challenge of learning to use its substantial range of 360 degrees safety features.
A week ago we drove 500km to a family wedding in the country and return, four of us enjoying very comfortable drives!
We likewise commend the Rockdale Mazda team for their wonderful attention to the details of their sale and our purchase, setting us confidently on our way home.
Having graduated from our 2017 CX3 SUV, we commend Mazda for their very substantial, economic technological models' progress!
We look forward now to our experience of a comprehensively safe driving experience in our new CX-30, and our continuing link with Private Fleet and Mazda!

I told them what I was looking for, I told them my budget. They got me what I wanted, with minimal fuss, and cheaper than I could've thought!
