I used Prisma for years, but their handheld scanning devices are not reliable. I was treated like a criminal at the checkout so now use K citymarket or Lidl. Never going again

I'm shocked at the unprofessionalism of the site compared to the years I shopped in store. I ordered Clarks sandals and was sent a tiny home fragrance kit. Who makes such a mixup?!! I tried calling, no answer, the chat doesn't work on multiple browsers. Now I'm sending it back, let's see if they finally send me the correct product. Very unusual and suspicious that this would happen in Finland.

Overheating power strip and no product review option

Review:
I purchased a Brennenstuhl surge protector from Prisma. Within just a few minutes of plugging in light-load devices (like a small charger and a lamp), the main power switch became noticeably hot. After about two days of short-term use, I also noticed a plastic smell coming from the unit and even slightly from the wall socket.

This made me very concerned about safety. I stopped using the product immediately.

Unfortunately, there is no way to leave a review about specific products on the Prisma.fi website. I believe this is a serious limitation because it prevents customers from sharing safety concerns or quality issues with others.

I hope Prisma considers improving its product feedback system, especially for electronics. Product safety should be a priority.

I made a reservation for several items, including two TVs. Both units arrived, but when I opened the package for one of them, I found the contents in disarray: the remote control batteries were missing, the cable had already been opened, some accessories were not included, and the internal protective materials were damaged. The package containing the TV legs had also been opened, and there was no protective film on the screen.

It appears that this TV has been previously used. However, when I contacted Prisma customer support, they insisted that the TV was new and refused to address the issue.

Essentially, I paid full price for what was supposed to be a new item but received a product that clearly shows signs of prior use, along with a very disappointing customer service experience. This is the first time I have encountered such poor support, and it will likely be the last time I purchase anything from Prisma.

I cannot recommend buying from Prisma, especially considering how important responsive and reliable customer service is when shopping online.
