Used Priory after my Mum had used them at her old home and new one ..they have been brilliant both with her and for the 2 windows supplied for myself. The guys who fitted the windows were extremely polite (my Mum commented on how it was unusual not to hear workmen use bad language). They tidied up completely after themselves. Highly recommend and will use again when needed.

Minor issue with front door. Telephone call leaving message to explain issue followed by timely response and assurance that an employee would call to assess problem and potentially fix immediately. Within the week an employee rang to confirm visit, fixing issue to our complete satisfaction. Over many years this company has fulfilled several large and small jobs with friendly professionals and timely ability. Rob carried this task out carrying on the high reputation of a local company upon which to depend no matter what the size or value of the task in hand.

Dave was really helpful and realistic about the work and when it could be done (on the run up to Christmas). The work was really neat and the finish was excellent.
We have used Priory a few times over the years and they've never let us down.
We would definitely recommend.

We went back to Priory 20 years after they had installed most of the double glazing in the house in the hope that they could match the 2 big bay windows that had never been replaced before. They could give a perfect match. The windows were ready in the time frame given and they accommodated our holiday dates which had been extended for the fitting, which was really helpful. The quality of the windows is brilliant, and the service throughout was great, providing quotes, measuring up and actually fitting. The fitters especially were hardworking, clearly very competent and just "got on with the job". The impact and disruption was minimal to us and they coped with other workman we had in the house at the same time. We would highly recommend the firm.

We agreed to a price for a new front door; it was slightly higher than other quotes.
We were told to expect at least a 4 week lead time.
After 4 weeks I called and asked for an update. I didn’t get a call back.
After 6 weeks I called again. No call back.
After another week I emailed with a request for an update. No reply.
After another call, I was promised a call back - instead I received an email apologising for the delay and offering an installation in 4 weeks time.

Complete waste of my time and a hugely negative knock on effect for other planned works.

Back in 2016 I had Priory out to measure up for new windows. Despite several follow up calls, I never got the quote through. So I took £10,000 of business elsewhere. Fast forward to now, I gave them a second chance. Same again, came out to measure but no quote. Despite following up. I’ve taken £3,000 of business elsewhere. Unfortunately will not recommend now. Very poor show.

We have used Priory windows on lots of occasions, the standard of work is always top class and the staff are very friendly - would not use any other company for windows and doors.

Thanks Dave for installing 2 new external doors for my parents in Gosforth. Excellent doors and quality service as always.

Great local company. Have used multiple times over the past 20 years and they are always quick and helpful with queries and their fitters are top notch.

Very professional with amazing results. Dave was extremely informative and helped to guide me through my choices, and my conservatory has never looked better! Not to mention how lovely all of the team are.

Would not hesitate to use Priory. We’ve used them twice now and are really pleased with all the work they’ve carried out for us. They are very particular and the quality of the finish is superb. It’s nice to support local businesses and why wouldn’t you when they do such a great job. We love our new window and bifold doors.
