We absolutely love your product. We create an 80-90 page full color program book for our end of year Dance Concerts. Loading the product is easy, quick turn around, and great customer service.

I was hesitant to use an online company that I found in a Google search...
However, this company proved to be everything I was hoping for. Not only was the team extremely friendly and helpful with my order, they worked to ensure it was going to be what we needed to the T! I really loved how I was speaking to real people when I called, I had someone assigned to my particular project, and there was a lot of prompt communication!
I was also thoroughly impressed with the quality of the product, time in which my item (yearbooks) arrived, and the fact that the staff reached out to me to inform me of a promotional offer that I had missed- saving me money AND getting me my items faster.

I am very impressed overall and this company has surely gained a new customer.

Great service, good turnaround time

When placing my order and approving my proof, I was given a delivery date. When I checked close to that data, a delay had been announced without any notice or explanation. Customer service, when called, was unhelpful and said that the date should have been changed by the printing department. I missed a deadline through no fault of my own.

I ordered 200 obituaries to be printed and the quality was excellent! I received so many compliments. They were delivered on time, actually a day early. My CS provided excellent customer service and I will recommend and use PrintingCenterUSA again for my printing needs!

Beware of the ‘dedicated rep’ experience they advertise. My Client Experience Specialist, Katrina, was largely unresponsive throughout my order. When a cover page error occurred, I was told it was entirely my fault for approving the proof — conveniently leaving out that there were already flagged concerns with my file that Katrina never bothered to communicate to me directly. No call. No email. Just silence, and then blame.
I understand that proof approval carries responsibility, but when a specialist is aware of flagged issues and stays silent, placing all the blame on the customer is poor service. A simple phone call or email could have caught this before it went to print. I expected more from a company with this many positive reviews. Proceed with caution and follow up proactively — don’t assume your rep will.
