Ordering was quick and simple. Inexpensive. The result was a beautiful watercolour taken from a photo of our dog who had very recently passed. My wife loved it. We all loved it. 10/10

I was really disappointed with my order. The plaque arrived with a spelling mistake, and the item was described as a “glass plaque” when it’s actually plastic. I contacted the seller, and while they did offer a refund or a corrected version, I was surprised that I had to choose between the two when both the misprint and misleading product description were their responsibility.

The customer service was polite, but I didn’t feel the resolution matched the level of the issue. I wouldn’t order again.

Our cat Tiggy died and I wanted to get something to remember her for my partner as a gift. I sent a picture of her holding her favorite toy in her usual pose and thought that pretty much typified her.

Whilst I was tempted to look more locally at a Tesco's photo printing option as I was in touch with the process, but I was pointed to PrintingBee by someone I trusted.

I went with them ordering a large print costing £49.99, so not cheap. It arrived a few weeks later. It was edited, so that only her head was showing and the whole concept was lost, no pre warning, no draft, no asking, it was just done. There was bleeding of the picture in the canvass and at the top of the frame there was a printing error where they has started to print her name and stopped. It was a very upsetting experience compounded further by the after sales service if that's what you can call it. I asked for a refund and have virtually been ghosted by the organisation.

Absolutely terrible service backed up by terrible customer service. Best keep it local if you want an important picture printed, definitely stay clear of PrintingBee

I ordered a framed pet-print from Printing Bee, not only was the ordering process super simple, with a space to write notes to get exactly what you want, the turn-around time was within a few days and the quality of the print is brilliant.

Had a portrait of my late dog done recently. The first draft was not what I wanted, but they replied straight away and I sent another couple of photos and the next draft was just spot on. They have captured her gentle expression and soft hazel eyes perfectly. It’s a lovely picture, and a bit more special than a normal photo. Having it done in the frame was a good choice too. Great company and very good customer service.

I was very impressed with this company, the 1st picture I sent wasnt very good and they asked me if I could send another picture, which I did. I received my print as few days later and was very impressed with it.

Sarah was very helpful in advising on the quality of the photo and then sent a draft painting which wasn't quite right as it was of the head only so they re-did it (free of charge) to include the body. Very helpful. Again, I was sent the draft to approve. I asked for delivery to be delayed until a specific week and that was done as well. The painting of our puppy is gorgeous! Very pleased, would recommend!!

What a wonderful service from this company ,pleasure to do business with my portraits are beautiful ,all family members are made up with them ,probably shouldn’t say this but they even sent me a free A4 print for free , kind regards and i will definitely be ordering more

Beyond happy with the picture . They performed a miracle with the photo I sent. This is a gift and I know the recipients will be over the moon with it.
My advice to any customer is try to send the clearest photo you have as blurred or too distant make the artist life more difficult.
