Ordered from another company and I was appalled by the quality. Took a chance with printing bee and wow! Unbelievable quality and shimmers sooo much. Not cheap glitter, but actual clear diamond dust used. Very happy!

Ordered a picture of the Stars on the night our daughter was born for her dad's first father's day. Got a WhatsApp preview picture which was great. I paid for it to be framed. The artwork itself is great but the frame is very low quality and I could have probably got a better frame for a few quid in a bargain shop.

Still haven’t received my order and I’ve sent over 3 emails and no response!

Ordered a cat framed photo. I asked for a white background and oak frame. I was sent a picture with only my cat’s head and upper body and with raindrops over her and a a fuzzy background effect. There was no indication I would get this. I can’t fault the customer service. Listened to what I wanted (whole body and plain white background) and refunded my express delivery fee. But still not impressed with the resulting picture as does not look hand painted at all.

Easy site to navigate through with various options. Easy to fill out order form. I asked for a custom centre piece.

I ordered super last minute. Made a mistake with the order (ordered same thing twice 🙈), I emailed straight away and this company were brilliant. Refunded the extra I didn’t need, refunded the next day delivery too even though I got it within 24 hrs. The print was perfect and my husband loved it. It was an anniversary gift and he was none the wiser that I had ‘nearly’ forgotten. Thank you Print Bee. 💋

Item was damaged when arrived. Emailed 4 times and have had no reply when writing this. The item is a gift and needed for a certain date so a quick reply to ascertain my options would have been nice

Not impressed at all. I was expecting a water colour effect of the photo I sent, not just a photo of the dogs head. I asked twice if I could see a preview before it was posted as it was a gift for a friend, but I was ignored. Very underwhelmed to say the least.

I ordered a picture to be painted for my son and his girlfriend’s proposal of marriage. It is absolutely beautiful. I’m so pleased with it as the quality of the picture I sent was grainy. I am so excited to give them the picture. Well done you.

Good service, item looked great and well packaged. Only reason for not giving 5 out of 5 was issue with website order but tjis was quickly fixed by responsive and helpful team and order still arrived on time. Overall very happy.

Excellent product only criticism I have was the lack of communication from Printing Bee regarding the order, no contact from when I placed the order on the 7th May until the photo arrived on the 15th .
However the product is very good quality .
