Margins were cut off on the top of…

Margins were cut off on the top of pages and other areas. Yes, I know that was part of my review but there isn’t a guide that shows that those margins would be affected.

Not so Great Customer Service!

Unfortunately, I have been very disappointed as the voucher code is incorrect and does not let me even order the photobook for which I have spent many hours to create.

I have been very pleased with the quality of the photo books from Printerpix along with the great customer help. I purchased vouchers over the Christmas holidays and was planning to make books upon my return from the overseas trip, however I got sick. I requested an extension to the expiry date and Mekail Stephen came to my rescue. He was able to get the expiry date extended, so I can take my time in creating the book we will cherish for a long time. Thanks to Printerpix!

You have to be kidding!!

You have to be kidding. I have tried to contact Printerpix for days over an issue with my pricing and production. No one ever contacted me back. I was cut off in the chat because I complained about my issues. Printerpix has been impossible to work with no communication, no one to discuss a simple issue with. And lastly I payed extra for faster shipping and it took 10 days to get my product. I do not understand your business model, why you refuse to answer emails and contact the people you are working with.

Ordered in December 2025, still not received

Ordered a puzzle back in December 2025. Their website chat is just AI and opens a new ticket every time I ask for an update here. I'm down £50 and await to speak to an actual human to resolve my order. Until then I will be leaving 1star reviews until this matter is sorted.

I ran out of time to complete my…

I ran out of time to complete my project by the deadline date n my voucher.
I wrote and asked if I could have longer and Mikhail Stephen wrote back promptly and said I could have another 3 months!
This was such a relief and much appreciated. Many thanks to Mikhail!

Perfectly printed Throw

Perfectly printed Throw. Uploaded photos of our son's cat and they all came out Puurrrrrfect! Great quality material. Delivery could not have been quicker, only took a few days.
So pleased with our purchase and will definetly use Printerix again.

Great customer service and quality product

The 2 sherpa blankets were beautiful. The colors are very bright and the quality of the photos was very good.I contacted customer service as I had an issue while creating the blankets and they (Lisa and Hannah) were prompt in responding and very helpful. I highly recommend Printerpix for their excellent customer service and quality of work.

This is my 3rd year ordering calendars…

This is my 3rd year ordering calendars from PrinterPix. Satisfied with the quality, colors, and value.

Some suggestions
* email reminder to voucher buyers when expiration date approaches - my 2024 voucher expired without being used
* Add "Do not bend" sticker to package. Postman bended my calendars to fit into the mailbox and wire-binding is easily bended out of shape
