I was unfortunately let down by another company and was left little time to get a replacement. Reached out to Josh and the team and they were fantastic! Not only completed the order but did it a day early! I was keep up date date though the whole service, got a visual of the design I supplied less than 15 mins after placing the order, and regular update on when it was completed and shipped. Highly recommended!

After ordering some promotional flags recently I found myself at an exhibition in Birmingham in a high state of stress when I realised some parts were missing. One panicked phone call later and the team at Printdesigns came to the rescue by offering to get the missing parts delivered direct to the event.
I can't thank them enough for literally "going the extra mile" and saving the day for me.
I will certainly be using them again for my next event without hesitation.

I ordered some oversized cheques that I needed urgently. Scott ensured that the artwork was completed and cheques were printed and posted with out delay. They arrived the next day and were perfect. Thanks print Designs and Scott.

We are thrilled with our merchandise. From start to finish, the team have been brilliant and such a quick turnaround from artwork approval to delivery.
The design team were also fantastic to deal with and listened to all our requirements. Once we were happy with the designs and they were approved our goods were with us within 48 hours!

Could not have been more helpful! We called up with an urgent print request for a pop-up exhibition counter and despite being exceptionally busy, Print Designs went out of their way to fit us in and get the product printed and out to us in record time. The print quality is superb and their staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. Great communication. Great product. We needed a company banner printed and delivered within 24 hours. Following a quick conversation and a couple of emails to confirm requirements the order was placed. The banner arrived the following morning before 11am and it was perfect.

Very glad with the service! Ordered 6 shell scheme vinyl banners and the 2x2 popup counta. Received feedback that some areas of the artwork are pixelated so went back to my designer and rectified it. This caused a bit of a delay my end, but the team (Josh and Mark) liaised with production to ensure it's made and sent in time for the exhibition. All worked out very well and the stand looked great, so thank you!

I can't say how pleased I am with Printdesigns.com. From the first interaction till the delivery, A++ service and quality. The hop up banners and flags turned out lovely and all came in nice containers. Very please, and will use again.

Through my own fault not reading delivery correctly my client was not going to get her table runner on time, I explained my mistake to Mark and he said because of the work involved in producing these it probably wasn’t possible to get on time - he spoke to production and asked about possibility, happily it arrived the next day and in time for clients exhibition - thank you Mark, your a star!
