A good company to buy from, the website is easy to use and the goods are great quality . Delivery is very quick and I would recommend them.

Quick delivery and the mug quality is boss! Been washed loads of times now and the quality of the design is still perfect. Every-time i order something, quality never fails! Good value for money!

I am new in the country and didn’t know they didn’t deliver to my address so the delivery company sent it back and printamemory were kind enough to reship it for me for free great customer service and quality of product

I had typed in the wrong address for shipment so the postal service had sent it back. When I finally discovered this issue, I emailed Print a Memory to explain the issue. They immediately responded back. I’d thought it would take a month to get the product re-shipped but they were extremely prompt and helpful and offered to waive the re-shipment cost. That is the kind of customer service that you don’t really see much anymore and I’m grateful. The product was a Father’s Day present so I was disappointed in myself and they alleviated that worry. I paid for express shipping to receive a gift by Mother’s Day. They used parcel select (slowest/cheapest option). Gift did not arrive on time.

My order was dropped over a six foot fence by some postie that couldn’t read “fragile”. Print a Memory immediately sent out a replacement, what a great service

I ordered a super mammio cup for mother's day and despite it being well packaged and labelled fragile, it appears that Royal Mail did not treat it as such. The cup arrived with a small piece broken off and a large crack down one side. I contacted Print a Memory via their Facebook page and received a quick response from Marco. I explained what had happened and sent him a picture of the damaged cup and he reassured me that a new cup would be sent out shortly. It was literally only a few days later and the new cup arrived, still in time to be given on mother's day. I can't thank Marco enough for saving the day and it is good to know that prompt and efficient customer service still exists out there, as this has not always been the case with some of the vendors I found via Facebook. Keep up the good work and thanks again for your help with this.

This was an extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a personalised canvas, but it arrived with a printing fault.

Despite numerous attempts to contact the seller, my enquiries were consistently ignored. When I did receive a response, they claimed the error was on my end but failed to provide evidence when requested.

In summary, I spent a significant amount on a product that turned out to be useless and is now headed for the bin.

I strongly advise against using this company due to their nonexistent customer service and substandard product quality, based on my unfortunate experience.

Steer clear of this company at all costs.
