Watch out when returning products
Although the two products Primerose did sent to me overhere in The Netherlands are fine you may get disappointed when using their return services. It is by far not the level of service you get with the bigger online stores! You pay the shipment yourselves and do not get money back for that. On a product price of for example 34 euros you easily spent 15 euros return shipment costs. No pick up services and the proces for requesting a return all goes by mail and may take days before you get a return number that is only for their admin and not to your help or advantage. However its fair to say they explain this procedure on their website so to all potential customers please read their terms and conditions before you order! Do not assume that this online shop does provide the level of return services you get with others!
