Still waiting for a response and request to help for repair. This company refuse to visit for a fault to a major studio building. It has water leaks.
Aftercare service is really not good.
Since last year we asked for this and previously back in 2022

From start to finish this has been handled extremely well by Prime Oak, from the initial planning application to the construction of the orangery itself. Timon, who arranged the proposal, and Nick, who managed the project, have been polite and professional throughout, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result.

A clever design that exceeded our expectations
We initially assumed Prime Oak would be well above our budget, but we're so glad we reached out. Matt, the designer, visited us and immediately impressed, you can tell he genuinely knows what he's doing.
We'd spoken to another company beforehand who, while pleasant, didn't really engage with the design challenges our property presented. Matt approached the same brief completely differently, coming up with a roof design that solved a tricky window issue and resulted in something that feels organically part of the house rather than an afterthought.
The quality of the installation has been really good, and the couple of small teething issues we've had have been dealt with promptly. Everyone who sees the orangery comments on how lovely the space is, and that really says it all.
Highly recommended. A talented team who take real pride in what they do.

Professionally kept up to date all the way through, each representative has been quick to respond from an informed perspective and have never passed the buck.

Nightmare company. Poor customer service. After building built water leaks . Report an issue, no one cares, including management. Do not visit their site, you will get pressure sales. We did, now we have a leaking building which they will not repair. Do not use sister companies either. Julius bahn. Whitlock and Lowe.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
We had a kitchen extension build. The builders were horrendous and sloppy, the costumer service and follow up a disaster and rude. We had to get surveyors in to get a dialogue going and to arrange an on site meeting with the owner mr Lowe to finally see some sort of response to our requests. But at the end of the day the final product is not air nor water tight and the experience with the company in general was appalling and unprofessional.

Individual service with several on-site visits. Highly competent, helpful and pleasant personnel at all stages - design, site visit, building and inspection.
I am delighted with my carport. The use of reclaimed hand-made tiles makes it fit nicely with my house.

From start to finish our Orangery project was managed and executed perfectly. On time, on budget and the staff including all office based and the fitters and roofers were extremely professional in their dedication to a good job. We have been very impressed.

From the very beginning of working with Prime Oak we have found everyone incredibly helpful. Damien walked us through the whole design process and helped us create the right accommodation for our property. Jack and Jo were incredibly thorough in terms of the planning and Neil, Natalie and Katie were always quick to reply to any queries. I do want to make a special mention about the fitters - Ken and Mick. They worked in the most horrible weather conditions to get everything built to a very high standard and on time for the roofers - who were also amazing. Their lead work finished everything off perfectly. Finally Nick has been great in making sure that the building was completed to the quality we wanted and the timescale we agreed. The whole process has been very impressive, thank you.

We have just had a Oak Barn completed by Prime Oak and we are so pleased with the result.
I would say a special thank you to Mick and Ken who erected the barn, there hard work and skills are second to none.
A very big thank you to Marie Prioux who was a massive help to me throughout, amazing lady.

Over a period of the last 16 years, Prime Oak has been carrying work out at Enville Golf Club, including a pavilion on the practice area to and starter huts and the magnificent spike bar. These facilities are enjoyed by the members and visitor on a daily basis. This is testament to the pride and workmanship Prime Oak has shown over this period. There is no hesitation recommending Prime Oak from designer to build and after care.
The latest project has been completed on schedule to the Club's complete satisfaction.

They helped us design a car porch that would work with the design of our house, and the complications we have under ground. The fitters Si & Rich worked extremely through stormy wet weather to complete on time, they worked to a high standard and were very respectable to our property.

From the very beginning of the project the service we received has been exceptional. The initial design process was carried out smoothly and the options available to us were fully explained.
When construction began the company’s employees have been friendly and and their workmanship is really excellent.

The Primeoak maintenance team adjusted the bifold doors of our oak garden room and fitted additional oak brackets on an oak pergola. Ian, the carpenter worked quickly and neatly. Once again it was clear that the Primeoak team focussed on delivering high quality. Thank you!

We are thrilled with the first class service we have received from all of the staff we have dealt with at Prime Oak. We couldn't speak highly enough of Ken Pemble who has patiently been at hand throughout all of the planning stage to answer and questions and to offer solutions to any issues arriving along the way. We were kept fully up to date with all aspects of planning and all conversations were then backed up by email and wherever necessary hard copies in post by return. We were overjoyed to receive confirmation that our plans had been approved last week so it is now all systems go for the exciting part of this journey - the building of our beautiful oak framed garage and front porch.

Ian came to follow up the installation of a new Orangery . There were a few alterations and adjustments needed as the oak bedded in. He turned up early after a long drive from Midlands , got on with the jobs quickly and efficiently and was thorough and professional . Our thanks to Ian .
