Im very happy with the service i recieved
I bought a power heated towing mirror hooked it up and it blew the fuse, did some checking and found out the mirror heater had a short in it, I called prime choice Friday morning and talked with Phil, he said no problem take a picture of the mirror off of the truck and e-mail or send it to me, got home Friday after work and took a picture and e-mailed it them and called and talked with Vanessa to confirmed they received it and she said they got it and would send me a new mirror and on Wednesday I got it.

Here in a FLASH!!
I was very impressed by the extremely fast delivery. Everything was here and it all was exactly as ordered. It all works!
Now, for what I didn't like. The out of stock items seem to stay that way! I wanted some parts for an Intrepid but came up OUT OF STOCK. The same for some Montana parts.
You'd think these cars are popular enough to have a large parts requirement.
It takes forever to re-supply stock items.

I ordered brakes and pads at an exceptionally good price and had them at my front door the next day. Not only that, it was free delivery. Have spoken with staff there and received excellent information and service.
