In a good part of North Goa, Arpora. About an hour's drive from the airport. The property has no lifts and far too many steps, so not good for the less able persons. A basic pool area with dirty sticky sun beds. A boring looking pool bar. Staff are kind of ok. The rooms are old shabby outdated. The restaurants are a joke. More like a two star hotel. The food is boring, very boring. The entire property needs renovating. Baga beach (very nice indeed) is about ten minutes drive away. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the resort to Baga beach but the vehicle used is not roadworthy, is kept very dirty and most mornings it was covered with mosquitoes. Had a very disappointing stay.
