web site sucks, no working 800 number

Trying to order an item at $54.00. They are in AZ. I am in Iowa. Choose 4-7 day shipping and enter zip code. Shipping cost $491.00. Have tryed the same for 5 days now. Still the same. This deal was published in a national magazine. The phone number on the web site is not available. Glad I didn't give credit card info......

Wasting time

Like all the other I was drawn in by the low prices and the promise of quick shipping. After waiting a week I sent a E-mail asking when my order would ship? I got a 4 word answer "It will be cancel". No reason why, just canceled. I e-mailed back asking them to credit my account; no responds or credit. I have filed a complaint with Paypal, hopefully they will do the right thing cause Pricepiggie.com sure doesn't!

After waiting two weeks for this item, I found the invoice email, utilized the enclosed link, and observed that the order has been canceled. I notice that the vendor successfully charged my card on the 8th of April, then credited me a week later on the 16th, so funding cannot be the reason the order was canceled. I also notice that this item is still listed as in-stock on their site, so that cannot be the reason this order was not fulfilled.

I also notice that the listed price of this item has increased 50%, and suspect that the vendor realized that original listed price was too low and they chose not to fulfill it in breach of contract.

I could almost understand, had it been a typo, or similar issue. But the rude way in which they never notified me caused a delay of two weeks.

I gave them the maximum time I would expect a ground shipment might take, given a few days for processing. when It was actually over due I started looking into it. I attempted to contact them twice via the published email, which is the reply to on the invoice, and haven't received any reply.

They did refund the money, even before I knew the order was canceled, so that is not an issue. But the absolute lack of response from customer service would cause me not to consider shopping here again.

terrible experience

I order from this company next day they billed my card so I assumed that item was shipped. I looked at my credit card statement the next day and they refunded the money with no explanation. So of course I tried to call number no longer in service. And no response from emails I sent to customer service. This is terrible. Now I might be forced to change all my banking info. I will report them to the bbb. Everything on this site looks ligiate. BUT BUYER BE AWARE...
