What made my experience so good well that was easy I had a great person dealing with me her name is Isha so friendly nice voice very helpful and very prompt in her service I was very impressed with her strictly doing her best for me in the flight that I needed. she is very helpful not like other companies they don't seem to show care but she was incredible what a wonderful person you got working for your company I certainly will be doing more business in the future with you because of her but I'll be directly calling her because she seems to be a special person hard to find people like that who works with so much passion thank you for the great experience

The accomodating nature of the staff, especially Mr Ajay as well as their ability to strive in order to provide the best possible customer service experience and was greatly appreciated along with the great prices they have to offer.

Do not trust these people. I booked a 1 way ticket to London with Thai airways through these people but then Covid happened. To cut a long story short I never got my money back & whenever I tried to use it as credit it seemed my initial outlay for my 1st fare just disappeared. When I went to check out the business in person I found the building empty & looked like a business had not existed there for a very long time. Nowadays they text me with offers & whenever I speak to them it us almost impossible to understand them. Also when I ask them where their business is located I never get a response. Finally if u read the reviews very carefully do u really believe they are from genuine former clients...I think most of them are fictional. If u want to throw away your money or have major headaches if u need to change anything with your booking then go ahead. If not steer well clear of these scammers.
