Beware !!Terribile company

Beware !!Terribile company. The description of the gas cooker was not clear and did not state that it is an old model with no electronic ignition of the gas rings.
I paid for special delivery into my apartment, positioning of the cooker , disposal of all the packaging and removal of the old cooker.
The delivery men refused to do any of this apart from leaving it in the middle of the kitchen.
I have sent several messages to the company but they deny any responsibility.
I tried to review my experience on their website but it was not allowed. They don't like criticism
