Support is barely helping.

It took 4 months to verify my ID, tens of mail exchanges asking for a more clear ID scan, driver license scan, etc. When all of my documents were perfectly clear and have been valided by every other websites (like tens of them) without any issue.
I felt the contact was clearly mocking me at some times.

I finally have been approved when I scanned them at a professionnal image editing center... which cost me 10 dollars. A solid fraction of the money I earned on their website after several years.

The platform is bugged, it may say one day your identity has been verified, but in fact it is not. Well, a real pain to only approve your identity, and no other alternative way when they decided not to want your documents.

Of course, these issues happen AFTER you put your money on their platform. Once you want to withdraw.

If you can use another platform, I strongly recommend any other one, you may lose a lot of time with their.

EDIT : In fact, my account is still not verified as I write this comment.
1. On the My Profile it says my IBAN and RIB needs verification (i entered it several months ago), but in the account sections it is clearly written IBAN / Bnak account verified.
2. On the My Profile page it says ma 2nd ID verification is under going. I received a mail 3 days ago saying my 2nd ID verification was successful.

Everything is bugged.
