Went Above And Beyond
I requested the pretend tickets from Martin at really short notice. Because of this and because the Christmas post was taking too long to deliver the tickets, Martin arranged for collection at a suitable meeting point for both of us. Because Martin went the extra mile, I was guaranteed to have my tickets for Christmas. It was hugely appreciated. And what a brilliant service - to be able to give a person something that they can keep as a memento instead of a boring A4 printed sheet. Highly recommended.
