I purchased a full set of front and…
I purchased a full set of front and back seat covers for my 2005 dodge ram 1500 SLT crew cab. When I got them I loved the look but once installing them they had way too much material on the seat back causing large buckling of the seat back material. The top of the seat back also didn’t have the holes necessary for my headrest to go through. I emailed them and described the situation. I was told to send certain pictures which I did on 8/18/2026, I’ve never heard from them since. I’ve reached out to them 4 more times since with no response. Today is 09/10/2026 and not a word from the company. I also reached out to Shopify who does their card transactions and received no response. Today I finally contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. Wonder if they will respond now. Bottom line seat covers were nice but their customer service refused to help me at all. Beware.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with - called first to discuss which mats would best fit my car and Mark was extremely helpful. We bought 2 sets one for each car (MG and Peugeot) and the delivery arrived promptly, well packaged and the mats are lovely and fitted perfectly. Both my husband and myself are delighted with them. Would certainly recommend!

The mats fitted well but the durability is questionable . Signs of wear in one week.
