A Product With Issues

It is stated on the internet that Precision Trading Corporation operates a global portfolio of products though it’s brand Premium Levella.
In July 2024, I purchased a Premium Levella 123790a split system at a cost of $ 625.00 It has worked fine until several weeks ago when it stopped cooling. I had a tech come look at it and he found a leak in the coils and told me to get a new set and he could get it repaired. I called Premium Levella and they told me the coils would have to come from a distributor. For the last two days I have tried to contact any distributor that advertised Premium Levella. Most would not even answer me or call back. Frustrated, I called Premium Levella once more and finally got an answer that the coils are part of the main unit and do not detach and are not replaceable, so the whole system needs replacing since they also do not offer a head unit by itself. So we have a $ 625.00 system with life left on the unit, it still has three years warranty on the compressor but no way of having it repaired. I thought this just does not make good business sense, and they should make buyers aware of these shortcomings before they buy one. This is a poorly designed product, and there is no resolution for defects. Their distributor network is also unresponsive.

Levella-specifically mananger Marco…

Levella-specifically mananger Marco refused to help me with the sub contractor, Mr Appliance (NJ) misdiagnosing an issue with my stove. Marco admitted that Mr Appliance acted incorrectly and they don't support the diagnosis that cost me $750. I am asking Levella to help me in recouping that money for unnecessary work. PLEASE HELP!!!

Drip coffeemakers which drip all over the counter

Premium Levella makes drip coffeemakers which Brandsmart carries. This is South Florida. I have purchased 3 of them in the last 8 months. Why? Giving them as gifts? No. They all developed leaks after a few months. The reason I kept purchasing them is because they were so damn cheap. But I guess you get what you pay for. I have sent 4 messages to them through their site with no response. So I'm going to do what BMart suggested: let them know if not resolved and they will alert their buyer.
