Windows retail key not activating post motherboard upgrade and support doesn’t reply

I purchased a win 10 pro retail key , it worked fine but later on as i upgraded my motherboard it started showing me activation error
I tried contacting premium cdkeys and they are not replying at all to my mails
I sent them several mails and they didn’t respond at all
I hope they listen to my issue so that i can continue further purchase from premiumcdkeys
