The app for streaming is awful it keeps glitching, going pixelated or buffering. Any other streaming app I have works fine so it’s not connection.
TNT sports comes through the HBO MAX app which I can get straight on my tv and it works properly. I have to cast this to my tv from my phone as you don’t have an app available for it.
Every year I think surely they’ve fixed it now, subscribe and try to watch the tournament only to find you haven’t. Il never be subscribing again. Who cares if it just a tenner a month or whatever if it’s a load of rubbish ? I’d rather pay more and be able to actually watch the games, groundbreaking I know.

Good customer service.
My 3-star review is solely based on the single screen view only.
It would be preferable, in my view to have a multi screen option (so I can watch on the TV and someone else in the same house can watch something on a tablet, for example).
Just a suggestion for the developers at Premier Sports. Thank you.

I had been watching stuff with no problems for a while, but then I was unable to watch stuff over web based streaming - However: This was quickly sorted by Steve & all was back to normal.

Scofield was very helpful in moving across my type of account from streaming to on my sky TV. Very quick replies and gave me all the options which were available to me. Overall very good service

This platform is abysmal. I've been trying to watch Super Rugby every week for the least month and the stream keeps buffering despite my 300+Mbps internet speed. I sent a complaint and heard nothing back

I had an issue with my subscription...and in contacting customer service, I feared I would get the usual run-around as one gets from other providers. But contrary to my expectations, Steve from Premier responded in a prompt, courteous and professional manner - and resolved the issue. Probelem fixed. By a long way, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Well done Steve.

While the channel is covering many sport events pretty good. The football commentators are way behind. Im watching Real vs Alaves and the commentators are snoring. No excitement. I watch it from an Arabic channel its much much more enjoyable even i don't understand Arabic.

Disgraceful company. They will offer a "HALFPRICE" subscription and commit you to a 12 month contract charging you full price for all but the first month. The streaming quality is shambolic; incredibly laggy and randomly jumps between channels at times. Had no problems with TNT sports so it's not my internet connection.

I wasn't very happy that Premier sports was not showing the W6N as advertised. However, when I contacted the customer service they were prompt with their response, courteous and very helpful. I was offered a pro rata refund without question and everything was dealt with very efficiently. Kudos to your customer service department and Scofield.

I was contacted within an hour of sending an email and the lady understood my problem and not only rectified it for me with no stress or sales pitch. She also refunded 3 months of my subscription when I had over subscribed

I had a great experience with Premier Sports thanks to Steve from the team. I accidentally subscribed to the wrong feature, but Steve sorted it out quickly and efficiently with no hassle at all. Really appreciated how fast and helpful he was—excellent customer service!

I had a problem and query logging on and changing payment details. Premier got back to me very quickly and we were able to sort out both issues. Was impressed.

My request was dealt with by Steve. He was instantly helpful and informative. He explained the difficultly I was having was rectify-able and did so immediately. I was delighted to be looked after so speedily and efficiently.
And now I can enjoy watching my games on Premier.

Yet again subscribers to Premier Sports on SKY TV are been let down by the incompetence od Premier.
I was looking forward to the NASCAR race from Kansas advertised for 19th April but it was omitted last minute and replaced by other sports! I've been in touch with them and been told that there wasn't enough room for it. I wasn't told this could happen when i paid my subscription.To add insult to injury they said i could stream, I told them I wanted nothing to do with streaming as I have a subscription to watch on Sky and said if they have a space problem thy should open another channel.
I am seething. The sooner another company takes NASCAR the better.

Very poor company to deal with. Contact is all online - no phone service. Poor streaming and the odd crash. Cannot recommend.
