Very misleading pay as you go, mistakenly signed up for a 12months, they will not cancel unless I pay them £25, I used the service once - now bullying and asking for money to cancel.

Helped by Ann to setup a new account as I was having problems when using the promo code.
She handled my query in a timely manner and had patience with myself whilst talking me through the process.
Hope not to need Premier Sports' customer service going forward but good to know they can be polite, curteous and resolve issues.

I recently contacted Premier Sports regarding an issue with my account and package. My email was quickly followed up by a call from Spencer who apologised on behalf of the company and rectified the problem straight away. The refund was back in my account within three days. Thank you so much for an excellent service!

Contacted customer service to resolve a point on switching from the streaming to Sky service. Hannah was excellent. Super responsive and resolved things very quickly. Very impressive service and thanks.

Great service all round. The Scottish PS Cup games streamed online is a superb additional service.
David also swiftly refunded an over payment (my own fault) which was received within 48 hours.

Didn't get the discount expected initially but the issue was resolved after a bit of back and forth. Customer support was very quick to respond.

Got through to Paula, with a particularly challenging request as I was logged out my account, I had since changed address and also my phone number had changed. They were able to locate my account and amend a spelling error in the email address which was on my part, this was preventing log in. Really friendly and helpful! Back up and running right after the call.

I had an issue with pricing re an annual renewal where a discount code was not applied and was charged full rate in error. I contacted Customer Services fulling expecting a lengthy wait for response and arguments over resolution. However, the response came from Hannah at Customer Services within 10 minutes acknowledging the error and offering a fair and quick resolution. Very impressed!

Customer service was second to none,spoke to a lady by the name of Jamie,she was very helpful and knowledgeable, we got our problem sorted in quick time .looking forward to enjoying premier sports.

This was my first time contracting to premier sports and I had a problem with pricing. My problem was dealt with by a gentleman called Mike, who sorted out the problem in a fairly short time which has allowed me to continue watching. Thanks and here's to many hours of viewing.

I raised an issue on the AI Chat page that was forwarded to the Customer Services team to deal with.
Jacob dealt with my query promptly and efficiently and emailed back with a full explanation.
He also dealt immediately with a follow-up I sent.
His emails were friendly and polite in tone.
If only all companies' Customer Services were as efficient and polite. Thank you.

Customer service was excellent on my recent enquiry, it was dealt with swiftly, politely and very clear and I've got the package that suits my sporting interests, I've been a satisfied customer of Premier Sports now for 3 or 4 years and I feel the pricing is very fair..
