Bought 2 radiators in 2019
Bought 2 radiators in 2019. One for the kitchen, which still works but was placed too close to the door so, it keeps switching off, and the other was placed in the living room. The only space I had, without removing the existing gas radiator (I just turned that one off), was between the book shelf and the settee. There was no plug there and I don't remember why we didn't connect it with an extention lead. Instead, the workers cut the plug off (therefore removing the safety fuse) and connected it to the electric wire in the wall. We didn't think anything of it until it stopped working a couple of years later. Now, they are refusing to take any responsibilities and told us a call-out charge is near £300! What a rip off! Especially for that price! They are expensive to run and there is no manual to set up the timer. Plus, don't be fooled by 'they are made in Germany' story! I am in Spain now and that's where they make them. Awful deal. So glad I didn't go all electric with them. It would have costed more than 20 solar panels!
I had 3 fitted in my apartment 6 years…
I had 3 fitted in my apartment 6 years ago. They’re still doing great, very energy efficient. Can’t understand these other reviews I’d use them again!
Praying on the elderly
Mother in 80s paid a fortune for these sharks to fit radiators. Expensive to run and now the one providing heat in the bedroom has come away from the wall. 11kg unit held in place by 3x 1” screws. Still under guarantee but fitting (done by them) not covered and want £312 to fix. Avoid this business like the plague.
Bought two radiators
Bought two radiators - not working after a year, and now find there has been a name change for the company, so left with two useless electric units. Waiting to see what new company offers - will report. Surly there should be guards against a company name change/being taken over, and not covering responsibility on the goods sold.
I am disgusted with the after sales…
I am disgusted with the after sales service. I had 5 radiators installed 2 years ago but the one in the kitchen failed shortly after installation but fortunately still under warranty. After many many phone calls and conversations an engineer finally came and replaced the radiator as it could not be repaired. The one in the hallway has failed now but despite numerous attempts to contact them I am having no luck. Don’t know what to do now. I would not recommend Premier Radiators Ltd ☹️

I cannot say enough DO NOT BUY these
I cannot say enough DO NOT BUY these. Rubbish heaters, even worse rubbish service. Lounge one replaced 5 times hall one replaced 3, now bedroom not working. Decided to cut my losses and get gas central heating. This company should NOT be in business, worst product I have ever bought. They should be ashamed but of course they won’t be. Please don’t bother asking to call as you don’t care and I will never recommend you to anyone.

Do not buy this appalling product…
I have tried to get someone out to look at my radiator. Once again in the coldest night recently it has switched itself off and will not restart. When it does decide to restart when I have switched it off for a while it will only run on maximum heat. I have had appalling service. Do not buy this dreadful radiator.
I have now been contacted by the company and they want to charge £150.00 for a call out. This is absolutely outrageous and confirms my opinion of this dreadful company. I confirm once again, do not buy this dreadful radiator and do not deal with this greedy company.

Poor product and service support
Bought three radiators in November 2018. The lounge radiator tripped the main box last week when switched on from cold and now won’t work. Reported it on Monday and it took 4 calls to get any commitment for a call out.....4 weeks we will have to wait. We have also been advised that the radiator being 26 months old is ‘well outside the warranty’ for electrical issues. We have also been told that it might need a new thermostat plus a call out costing circa £350. A £2000 radiator should last more than 26 months, and 4 weeks for an engineer to visit in the middle of winter tells you all you need to know about this company

If you want heaters that break frequently these guys are for you
Bought 7 heaters from this lot and were fitted 2 and a half years ago. Long and the short of it is 6 have failed since buying, couple were replaced but now as out the 2 year electrical warranty I have 3 currently not working and they want 500 quid to 'upgrade' my system. I don't believe in throwing good money at bad so not paying and have bought new heaters elsewhere. The old ones can go in a skip after I get an engineers report to prove they are poorly made, which is all they are good for. Avoid at all costs, their products are rubbish along with their after sales. They have also been taken over by Fischer as its their engineers who came out before to replace heaters that couldn't be fixed and even the engineers said they were rubbish. They have someone trained up by Bastian Plc (name of fisher founder) to fob you off if you complain and have you believe that customer complaints are very rare, which obviously they are not going by reviews. Wouldn't recommend anyone touched them with a bargepole. You would be as well going outside and burning your money in a bin, and would probably get more heat as well.

I bought this expensive radiator so…
I bought this expensive radiator so that it would last and work effectively. Wrong on both counts. The first radiator stopped working and they came and replaced it, one year later the replaced radiator broke down over the Christmas period. I have no faith in this product. the displays never worked properly, I was told by the engineer to watch youtube on how to use it. on the second radiator the engineer told me to only use the on-off button at the plug. I had an awful cold Christmas. I have emailed them and called them.

Storage Heaters won’t work properly...
Storage Heaters won’t work properly as very difficult to pair with remotes, one has proved impossible to pair so have no heat in that room. Second not working now I’ve had to change the battery. No guidance given when installed as to how to use them.
Controllers for storage heaters appear secondhand, screws loose in one and screws look to have been changed in other.
Phoned company who have said they will repair the controllers once I send them back, why not replace them when system is only a year old? This will leave me without heating in late November! Company don’t seem interested and talked over me when phoned.

Update on Premier Radiators
I recently posted a review on my unhappy experience with contacting Premier Radiators re a faulty thermostat. After posting my review, I successfully contacted the technical department and within a few days my faulty equipment was replaced and I am delighted to say that the radiator is now working perfectly. The technicians were efficient and polite as were the people I spoke to at Premier Radiators.

Premier Radiators installed 2 radiators…
Premier Radiators installed 2 radiators 16.8.2018.
the one in the living room stopped working and after delay was replaced 11.12.2019.
On 13.10.20 I turned this one on after the summer gap.
It gave out heat but since then the thermostat will not disconnect from the appliance. It will not say "Off" and there is no symbol to show connection at the top right hand side.
The only way I can stop it giving out heat is by turning off the power socket on the wall or by setting the required heat so low that it is always below the heat in the room.
So the thermostat is not functioning correctly and at the very least I need advice.
I have phoned 0116 296 3174 on 14/10,20/10 and 27/10. Each time I have been told someone will ring me back. No-one has. I don't know what I can do next.

NO AFTER SALES SERVICE RESPONSE!!!
We have had no heat in our living room now for over a week. In total the problem as been reported in a total of 8 telephone calls!! On each occasion we appear to be always talking to a different person who then proceeds to pass the buck onto someone else or promises a return call which never seems to happen.
The only response came from Nadim Nunhuck via email who told me how to try and reset the heater. He also said that if his instructions did not work then email back for further help. Surprise, surprise since the 20th October there as been no further communication!!
This company is quick to take your money but appear to have no after sales back-up, they even regularly quote a telephone number which no one answers, don't bother ringing 0116 2963174!!!

Furious I bought 3 rads last dec
I bought 3 rads last dec. 1 arrived with broken thermostat. Engineer called the office to have one sent out. They lost the request so it was over a week before it arrived. ‘How to use’ manual is useless so I phoned for help. Eventually engineer called. His manner was offensive and in the end I refused to talk to him. If I’d only known that would be the last contact I was to have with customer support....
They haven’t replied to me. Front room rad has never been used. Back room rad thermostat is now broken. Thermostats are rubbish quality and awkward to hold. I can’t make head or tails of the so-called manual.
Pre-set programs are lost when you turn off and I was only able to get an approx timer setting at change of clocks in March.
I asked for a visit from the salesman as I believe these were missold.
I’m investigating usage and costs but I paid an additional £850 last year.... (normally £1200pa)
I’m beyond disgusted and angry.

One out of 4 radiators installed has never worked. No response from Premier Radiators
I had Four radiators installed by Premier Radiators order date 18 June 2018. The radiator in my lounge has never worked since installation. I have contacted Premier three times this year and informed them. Winter is now upon us I am retired, have no other heating and still 'NO CONTACT REGARDING MY PROBLEM' even though the gentleman I spoke to appeared surprised when he looked at the dates I had been on the phone to Premier. So do I accept that once Premier has installed the heaters they don't want to know about faults? I very much look forward to a reply.

Had 2 radiators installed last year…
Had 2 radiators installed last year tried to set them up again for the winter end neither one is working properly. It started with the one in the bedroom clicking loudly even though no heat was called for. Then the one in the lounge clicked and heated up again without heat being requested. Switched both off now awaiting help

Poor service
We gave had our radiators for around 18mnths. In that time we have had Premier out several times. We had to have a large radiator replaced as it stopped working. This was a drawn out process as the person who arrived said it was working OK. After he had gone it stopped working again. We now have another radiator not working. We emailed them weeks ago and phoned then but had no reply. Another call to them a few weeks ago produced an appt today in the morning. After a call recently to check the time they said they are coming this afternoon! The people who come out are always very friendly and polite (all very young). We have no problem with them but during the initial installation of the radiators they managed to drill into the next door pipes and left the repairs to us! At a later date we did get them back to fix it. Apart from the poor customer service and the worrying fact that 2 radiators have stopped working so soon after having them we are happy ish with them.

The radiators work really efficient and quickly.
I still have to find out how economical they are. I shall know roughly in August after the first year. I am hopeful however.
