So I ordered the 500 Bulk pearl quality balls for me and 2 mates to share.....Only 400 balls turned up and the quality certainly isn't pearl. Coloured balls are faded and white balls are brown....don't get me wrong the majority are good balls but there are a lot that just aren't. Now I just need to contact them to get the extra 100 balls i ordered and discuss the quality of those I got. Obviously i ring the number online and it says email so no way of speaking to an individual in person.

Have had an email and was pointed out that balls are pearl/a grade so my mistake. And will forward me the 100 balls missing. So all good once they arrived only

I bought the Pearl/A grade Pro/Pro Plus shade bundle and all the balls included are like new. I messaged and asked for more pro plus if possible and when they arrived there were 22 pro plus’ and 2 pro shade balls. I couldn’t believe it, couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them. Premier lake balls have always offered great value with true ratings. I have always gone grade A and the balls have been in perfect condition with the rating only being dropped by a marker dot on some of the balls.
Free Golf tees and pencils is also a nice touch not offered by other lake ball companies

Superb company! You will save a fortune compared to buying brand new Pro V1s or Taylormade TP5s and the condition is as described, Pear/A mix are immaculate and play as a brand new ball. I can highly recommend!
