Having used Premier Inns for years and always had a good experience and slept really well and needing to replace our mattress I thought I would buy one of the Premier Inn’s ones,
These mattresses are nothing like the ones used in the Inns,they are good quality but really soft
The delivery service was perfect in every way,

Pretty disappointed
We bought the mattress based on our experience of sleeping on premier inn mattresses. However it has been just over a month now and the mattress has already become sunken where we both sleep, there is a ridge occurring between us. We are pretty disappointed.

Easy to order. Delivery was a bit of a nightmare and I had to go to tge local depot to collect it but that's not the fault of the seller.
The bedding is simply fabulous. Excellent quality, lovely and thick, the pillows are super comfortable. I have recommended this bedding to my friends and colleagues

Ordered one day and delivered the next. Delivery was on time and the team took our old, very heavy, mattress away. We are very happy with the comfort level of the new bed and it appears to be well made.

A bit disappointed
The double mattress is softer than expected. There is more movement when the other person moves than expected. The side walls dip down more when we sit on the edge of the bed too.
If there was a trial period available we would return it.
Delivery was a great service.
