Good discounted price of the item purchased and very quick delivery.

Price the same as Amazon, lower after extra discount, and much faster delivery. Actually arrived even earlier than date given.

What a fantastic company!! I called the store at 9am on Saturday morning to see if they had the Egg carrycot stand in stock, as it stated on their website and to ask around delivery time.

For context, we had ordered the carrycot stand through a different supplier, who pushed our delivery date back consistently and its transpired they didn’t have the carrycot in stock at all.

After speaking with a lovely lady at Winstanleys she explained they do have it in stock, and if ordered today (Saturday) it would be with me by Tuesday at the earliest.

I was thrilled with this so ordered straight away, then a few hours later received an email to say it had already been shipped! On Sunday morning I received a text from DPD and my item was delivered - the very next day!

This is fantastic service from start to finish, and I wish I found them sooner!

I had a wonderful experience shopping for my baby here. From the manager to all the staff, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, welcoming, and professional. The customer service was excellent from start to finish.

We went to the Wigan showroom and looked at car seats. The staff were approachable, happy to provide advice and support, and gave my 4-year-old a cookie. We needed a seat which would fit an oddly-shaped bucket seat in our car, and the staff honoured the online price for our chosen seat and arranged for delivery the next working day. Great service.

Smooth buying process,prompt delivery service. Those points are what matters to me.

I genuinely wish I had never bought from Pramworld.

I have spent WEEKS going back and forth with them over a faulty Out N About double pushchair. It has had a wheel that repeatedly deflates, a faulty/bent hood and issues with the brakes.

I have three young children and this is our everyday double pushchair. Being without it is not a minor inconvenience. I have explained this repeatedly, but throughout this whole process I have felt like nobody has actually understood or cared about the situation I am in.

I have dealt with sales advisors Megija and Kelsey, and manager Nichola. The complete lack of empathy has been one of the most frustrating parts of this whole experience. Every solution seems to have involved ME dismantling the pushchair, finding packaging, arranging collection, being without it and then rebuilding it again, all while looking after three children.

Eventually, after weeks of this, I agreed to replacement wheels because it seemed like the least disruptive option.

THE REPLACEMENT WHEELS THEY SENT ARE THE WRONG SIZE.

And to make matters worse, I have been told that these replacement wheels would not allow the brakes to work as intended.

Honestly, at this point you couldn't make it up.

There have been multiple different solutions suggested throughout this process, things changing from a full replacement, to parts, to a replacement pushchair, and now the replacement parts don't even fit.

I didn't cause any of these faults, yet the entire process of getting them resolved has felt like it has been made my problem. I have repeatedly asked for a refund or price reduction so I can keep the pushchair and avoid being left without one, but this has been refused.

We are due to go on holiday next week and I STILL don't have a properly working pushchair after weeks of trying to get this sorted.

If you value your time, patience and mental health, I would seriously think twice before buying from Pramworld. I certainly won't be buying from them again.

Very happy with my purchase. The delivery was fast, true enough received the push chair next day! The push chair was beautiful, easy to handle and very light!

Easy ordering fast delivery

After spending almost £100 on accessories for my granddaughter’s twin pram, the Aftersales is diabolical!
My order was 1 mattress missing (that part is now resolved) and the two matching bedding sets I ordered, arrived in two different colours! (Still unresolved!)
You would think I was at fault, judging by the rude and arrogant member of staff I had the displeasure of speaking to in ‘Aftersales’ name beginning with ‘N’ who likely has a history of being rude to customers.
I then ended up ringing the Sales team and was fortunate to speak with lovely friendly Chloe, who managed to get the missing mattress in the post to me the same day.
Still waiting for the Aftersales team to arrange collection of the wrong colour bedding set and to arrange a new set to be sent but fear I could have a long wait as it would appear they have blocked me out of the portal completely.
Great company if all goes smoothly as I’ve bought before, including my grandchildren’s prams etc but god forbid your order is sent out incorrectly and you get to speak to ‘N’ in aftersales.
I’m not going away though until this is resolved!!!
Maybe this company needs more well trained lovely staff like Chloe to replace the clueless, rude one?
