COWBOYS!

WORSE WORSE WORSE people to deal with.
They seem to have disappeared.
One of my camera has not been working and I cannot get hold of them as its under warranty.
Regret using them in 2018/19.

Worst company ever! AVOID!

Worst company ever. Installed cctv for us, what a botch job! The company just disappeared soon after doing our job!
Cctv has issues and they are no where to be seen. They don’t answer calls or messages so I’ve literally wasted almost a 1000£. Their system is so bad. It’s almost like I have no cctv. It doesn’t work 70% of the time.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company, they charged me VAT and doesn't give me a proper VAT receipt and I have been chasing for 7-8 months and told me lies after lies that they will refund me the VAT end of October as they fill they VAT end of October. I will report them to HMRC for VAT fraud.

Avoid at all cost

Do not buy from this company, or even consider buying from this company. I bought a product on the 21st of August, they happily took my money but I have not heard anything since and they do not respond to any communications. Used to have a chat function on their site, but after trying to use that a couple of times they took it down. Filing a chargeback request with my bank now, if I don't get my money back through that I'm reporting them for fraud.

When are you guys sending the Enginner…

When are you guys sending the Enginner to fix my cctv? You guys really forgot the customer service after sale. Jayson is lost after sale . Before sale he was available 24 hrs but now there is no reply at all . It’s been a month that they keep saying the Enginner will be available but now hardly any reply. My friend I tried to understand your problem so I gave you so much time but how come you don’t understand my problem? I still remember the email sent by Jayson while they tried to fix the alarm system which was really bad experience at that time but I tried to understand the situation and tried to forget that but again the customer service is very poor. If you guys can’t keep your promise than please don’t try to give those three years warranty which you can’t keep . Sid tried once to sort out the problem but never heard from him after that. My friend Sid where are you? Are you ok? Thanks.

Never buy from them again.

Never buy from them again.
After sales customer service DOES NOT EXIST. If you have any problem they tell you somebody will call you any time, because customer service is 24 hours, BUT THEY NEVER CALL YOU, SO I CALLED THEM MANY TIMES AND ALWAYS THE SAME. Do not trust them at all. Never had a call from them.
They just want to take your money and after that , you must forget about them.

Joke joke joker

After many days of cancellation and install visits today I thought it would be the final day of install. Engineer who came to carry out the installation today was friendly and was experienced. However we encountered a problem on one of the cable which I ran at the time of the original quote I advised all the cable are in place but was told no need to worry we will check and if cables need to be replaced we will carry out. Today I am told cables are not part of the deal when clearly it says on their quote cable management and termination. He was told by his manager to leave the camera which was not his fault in anyway. I then get a call from his manager who was more interested in getting more money out of me and a very argumentive and rude. Most of they money he got out of me previously and only £50 is outstanding to date and was more interested in getting this out also. Finally they are only interested about how to get money out of you the installation should have taken had day but took 4 attempts and still not complete. I'm sorry I don't have anything positive to say but I would not trust them.

After sales service doesn't exist. When you e-mail them you will get an automated message stating they will come back to you usually within 24 hours.Never happens, you will waste so much time, and if you phone them a secretary is likely to tell you they are all on site or on the telephone.Then she will say that she will get someone to phone you but unless they want to speak to you it wont happen. You will have to phone again and again.
THEY GIVE A 3 YEAR GUARANTEE. Whats the use of it if they just mess you around if you have any problems.
Trust me you will regret buying anything from this company.
You will see from Trustpilot themselves that this company doesn't respond to negative reviews.
I am waiting for a refund which was requested on the 27th July 2020. It never came. I had to contact again
Then on the 3rd August I had an e-mail from the company stating WE HAVE STARTED YOUR REFUND PROCESS, WHICH TAKES 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS FOR US TO PROCESS.
It is now the 19th August and I still haven't had it
I am now contacting trading standards and will start the process of seeing them in the county court.

Tops guys at Praivo - Very patient!

Tops guys at Praivo, they installed a DeepinMind Hikvision System for me and addressed all queries for me however late it was. The account manager was great and helped me to get a system in and installed within a very short notice.

They kept my place very neat too and took their shoes off when doing their work inside including vacuuming any debris leftover. Thanks specially to Sid and Majuran.

Undoubtedly an excellent service from Team Praivo .. The team is very much responsive and professional in their services. I will highly recommend Praivo for their customer friendly service.

Trust Worthy and efficient

I had my CCTV and Alam system installed by them yesterday.
They came for a free survey initially to my place and explained me what the requirements are, and also received a competitive quote for the same.
Service by the engineers and the staff where absolutely fabulous and amazing, keep it up Praivo

Unreliable

Unreliable, untrustworthy.
had good experience until I received a quote.

Then after making payment I literally have experienced a crap services and I highly regret going ahead with Praivo on this project.

They send you a link to make a payment, you do not receive any receipt or invoice of payment through email.

Upon asking for a invoice you will be told the accounts team are really stressed out give us few days. And their few days never come.

From day one there have been lots instances where level of unproficiency highlighted from Praivo's so called CEO, Service Lead and Engineers.

Day 1 engineers did not turn up on agreed time.
Day 2 engineers turned up with wrong cable and pushing me to with cable which was agreed.
Day 3 Engineers did not turn up on agreed day which led my builders waiting.
Day 4 Engineers did not turn up.
Day 5 Engineers did the job however left the short cable which caused numerous calls to Sid on arranging someone to place the right length of cable which never happened on time and had to place a joint between the cable which can potentially lead to packet loss in future.

And then days are just countless.

Engineer doing a WhatsApp call and trying to explain the location of camera to be placed. Promising me he will turn up in an hour time, service lead interferes and says this cannot happen as he runs the service. 🙂
Cables left hanging on wall and no one knows what is the position of camera would be.
I was promised that engineer will attend the site next day to place the cable in right place so rendering work could happen however this promise never maintained as other promises I also have been promised that engineers will be coming on site in an hour time and call back in 5 minutes which also did not happen.

And laughable situation is where your CCTV Professional Engineers do not Even know where to place the camera to get the right footage which leaves me with BIG question mark asking why did I ask your professional services if you do not know about CCTV and locations?

No reply to email correspondence. They just call you on WhatsApp or text you on WhatsApp which is Highly unprofessional. At this moment they do not even reply to your text message.

24/7 assistance???? BIG QUESTION MARK 🤔

Instead of being sorry or apologetic I just hear EGO and Arguments.

By the way there is not point leaving this feedback on bark as they are getting it removed and only keep positive feedback. Shame

Would recommend

Staff were incredibly helpful from the start, never hesitating to provide me with quick and in depth answers to all of my questions. I was a bit wary in regards to who to choose to handle my security system as I believe that this isn't something I would be willing to risk choosing wrong with. However, I am so happy that I chose Praivo. The customer care is impeccable and they put my mind at ease with their high standard of work. Would highly recommend.
