Small issue to do with DPD, Nothing in the slightest to do with this company, There customer service was amazing even compensated with free gift, Really very impressed and none of my issue was any of there fault

Had an excellent choice of all the things I needed. They were quickly delivered, keenly priced and not available locally

The tool was delivered quickly but the online registration was problematic: serial number not recognised, date stamp not recognised, model number not recognised.
I called Powertool world to ask for advice but was cut off....

Do not buy from this retailer, they maybe at times be the cheapest but as the saying goes cheapest is not always best, they have no interest in helping you if there’s a problem, they are NOT repair agents, they have absolutely no customer service skills. First time using this company and chose to telephone. Spoke to Tizz who took the order, created an account for me. Order was placed Mon 6th July 2026 just before midday and delivered just after 8am the following day. Not had chance to try the Dewalt Kit but inspection showed exactly as required. Excellent from Tizz time will tell on the product but expect it to be good.

Ordered several different items. All arrived on time and well packaged (and by a polite delivery person in courier company uniform).
Nothing went wrong and very happy with purchases.

Absolutely useless. They took a week to send the wrong product. I had to waste my time returning the items. Then another week after they received the return. They tell me that they don’t actually stock the item. Still waiting for my refund.

I recently purchased an Evolution R255TBL+ table saw from Power Tool World. Unfortunately, when the saw arrived, I discovered that the rip fence had been damaged during transit.

I contacted Power Tool World and was assisted by Dan from customer service. The response was quick, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They contacted Evolution on my behalf, arranged for a replacement rip fence to be sent, and kept me informed every step of the way.

The replacement part arrived within a few days and was in perfect condition. I was especially impressed that they resolved the issue without requiring me to return the entire table saw, which would have been very inconvenient due to its size and weight.

Mistakes and shipping damage can happen with any company, but what really matters is how those situations are handled. In this case, both Power Tool World and Evolution provided excellent customer service and resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be buying from Power Tool World again in the future.

I never received my order, DPD failed to deliver because their driver refused to even attempt delivery then the order was returned to sender by DPD where in was told I'd have to WAIT for a refund despite having never received my goods.

£400 order, took three days to dispatch then another two to be told it won't be delivered.

ZERO REFUND NEARLY TWO WEEKS LATER.

Utter joke of a company have also ignored my emails for over a week.
