The price of the tool i purchased pretty much matched most other suppliers but more importantly I had it delivered the day after ordering which I think is great service.

Good website showing many options in the Milwaukee Packout range. Good price, although Milwaukee is dearer than most anyway, but great quality and arrived quickly and free postage.

The parcel was delivered to the wrong address. To an empty and obviously abandoned property. It was left in the open, was taken by persons unknown, opened and discarded. The box was torn open and left in the side garden of the property. I went looking for it and found it with very little assistance from the seller apart from could you ask neighbors if they had taken it in.

Using an incompetent delivery service. Parcel lost and i have had to chase it to find this out - 4 days after it was meant to be delivered.

Ordered a Dewalt Stapler & Staples, website said it was in stock.
On the expected day of delivery I was told that there was a stock issue on both items and I would be refunded. This wouldn’t have been so bad if at that point their website had been updated, It hadn’t, and still showed both items in stock. I questioned this again and was told both items were not in stock. I checked again online, still showing in stock.
Basically they are trying to sell things they don’t have and don’t care what inconveniences they cause as a result.
