I had a mixed experience with Powertools2u.co.uk. On the positive side, their prices are competitive, and delivery is impressively fast – my orders arrived next day in some cases, which was fantastic. The website is easy to navigate, and the products are generally good quality. However, I did encounter some issues regarding after-sales service and item descriptions not matching exactly, which were a bit frustrating. That said, they did make an effort to resolve things in the end. Overall, decent service with some room for improvement. Would still recommend for great deals and quick delivery. 4 stars.

Ordered a tool carrie case. Case did not come as described. They blamed an error on their website. They refuse to refund me.

Ordered a Makita electric chainsaw at a really good price. Couple of days later delivered by DPD.

I bought a Makita band saw from them 10 weeks ago.A few days ago the LED light stopped working .when I contacted Powertools2u they told me they couldn't do anything about it as it had been too long and that I needed to contact Makita .
I contacted trading standards who tell be this a clear breach of consumer rights act 2015 .My contract is with Powertools2U ,not makita and that a fault in the first 6 months is the responsibility of Powertools2U although Powertools2U don't seem to think so .
I would caution anyone against using this company because if your item develops a fault they will wash their hands of the matter. Consider this machine was almost £700 and a replacement LED light is around £15 and yet Powertools2U want to pass the buck so buyer beware
I've since had an email from Powertools2U they have ordered a bulb assembly that should be with a few days I can easily fit that myself and will be happy with that

I bought a Bosch battery mower from Power tool2u. It was the best price I could locate on-line and by a margin.
The web site was very clear and easily navigated and although it advised a delivery of 3 days I received the mower next-day

I have just had to pay over £1000 for a failed/re delivery and lifter, as the company expected us to have lifters!!!

Next day delivery and lowest price on the jigsaw by far.
Id suggest to contact them to make sure they have it in stock to avoid it being on backorder. Which is what I suspect the 1 star reviews are from.

Absolutely rubbish service. I ordered brick cleaner and was told 7-10 working days, I was sent an email confirming delivery week commencing 3rd April so I rang up on the 5th to see when it will arrive to be told they have none in stock. Crap company I'm getting a refund

My experience with this company is that they are an appalling supplier. I ordered and paid for a saw table stand almost two weeks ago. I received confirmation of the order.
Two weeks later, nothing has been delivered, I have chased the company three times, but none of my emails has responded.
I have given them 24 hours to update me; if they fail to do this, I will cancel the order and make a formal complaint; as far as I am concerned, they have taken funds under false pretences
I strongly suggest you find an alternative supplier
