no direct phone contact, cant talk to a person im badly dyslexic, told call laeve message, dont work say trry again !, why?! answer the phone. stop using AI, im real THATS what AI would say!. now 2 pumps failed. in warranty, crap customer service, used to be good real person dealing with issue, now wont buy no matter warranty when CS is awlful, go else where, dis ask several times for them to call me in person refuse!

Purchased some solar post lights some years ago. Have been very pleased with them but now coming to the end of life due to weathering.

I brought asolar panel pump kit. It didn't work. They did everything to blame me. Even though I am a qualified engineer. I had tested the pump and it didn't have the correct continuity readings.

Their expert didn't know what they were talking about.

So I bought a pump from ebay for a quarter of the price and, guess what it worked perfectly!

We have a 100ft drive surrounded by houses & fencing, so quite dark at night. We bought one battery operated sensor light, which is working so well that we’ve bought another! Super pleased with purchase & the quick turnaround after ordering. Would recommend this company.

I have bought several pond fountains from them over many years, the quality has been superb and lasted a long time. I once bought a cheaper one and it only lasted one summer, a total waste of money.

This solar water pump is just what we wanted because it works in the shade when there's no sun. I would definitely recommend this product.

Was dubious at first with the product being battery powered by i was pleasantly surprised the light is fabulous! Very bright , easy to install , it’s that good we bought more than one ! Highly recommended great light for a great price . Nice fast delivery too .

Still going strong after ~1yr. Mostly worked throughout winter too (as in still on by the time morning came round).
