Ordered product that wasn’t as described. Returned in original packaging only to have a £5 charge because it was damaged!!! Surely that is a carrier issue…. If it came to me ok it should be ok to be returned!!!
Very poor customer support.

Powerbee support were great and came back to me swiftly with their recommendations for my setup. Purchased a Powerbee solar panel system for my cascading water feature as a replacement to the one that came with the feature, but had broken. Powerbee system was easy to set up, great instructions and is working better than the sytem it replaced.

I bought a new pump for my pond it came really quickly and is fabulous very efficient
I contacted customer service with a query and got the perfect response in less than an hour

Product arrived within a day, item is great, works even if not in full sun, obviously not as strong as when in sunlight but for solar very good and my toddler son loves the ducks.

Reported that pump wasn’t working
Given troubleshooting advice. Reported back still not working. Given same advice x2 before I was asked to post pump and panel back to company at a cost to me so that they could check it
The pump is clearly broken and the are stalling in sending a replacement
I have now had feature in garden for 6 weeks without it working

Reasonably priced and good selection of solar powered water features for the garden. Fast easy delivery. Instructions easy to understand and pleased with product. Would recommend.

I bought a water feature but the pump 'failed' after 1 day. I contacted Power Bee who suggested I tried clearing the impeller shaft. They gave me clear instructions how to do this and I was able to complete the clean-out VERY easily. It worked ! no further issues. Great customer service. Well done Powerbee

I ordered a £54.99 pond pump on 11th April - it is now June 7th - and I have not received the pump. I contacted Powerbee twice and have not received a reply to either message. I am going to activate a charge back.

WOW WOW & WOW.never heard of these until as a member of Which magazine got an email about their 6 perfect scoring products of which one is powerbee.being an oap & had many solar lights & some mains garden lights we were getting a little despondent with solar lights from high street & supermarkets of which we have had a few & the failure rate is pretty high,or initially ok at the start then it's all downhill.so when I got the email from Which magazine I thought I would check powerbee out.so glad I did.they have some beautiful lights on there website.so far we have put lights around the pergola (multifunctional white)solar with a large i-pad size solar panel which when screwed to the top can only be seen from certain angles if your looking.these work dusk til dawn so easy.got other bright white lights for the cherry tree again solar that come with a nifty remote with sensible buttons on it & easy to operate ie 3hours on up to 8hours on again if you wish dusk til dawn in a lovely bright white.at the bottom of the garden we draped their copper wire really small bright white dusk til dawn solar lights over our black sambucus tree.all these different string lights look in our opinion stunning very happy.we also bought the solar pir spotlights that have 3 functions on them very small & compact that light up the side of the house again superb.to top it all off for the garden path we added 4 garden solar path lights of which there are many to choose.not expecting any issues as all the products are superbly well manufactured & honestly if they are good enough for "Which" they are good enough for me.

Delivery was fast and just exactly what I needed on their advice ! they were very patient with me and my questions too!very friendly ,I’ve had to go back to them a couple of times as I needed more help but they were very patient and not pushy as some places are , I definitely recommend them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First Class product. First Class Customer Service, in fact better than First Class ! Ordered at one o’clock and I received it at 1130 next day, very impressive particularly as I live at the opposite end of the country!

Very easy site to negotiate and great value for money

The delivery service is first class very prompt and just as promised the product was a very good quality and just as described. The only minor detail I would like to see changed is the size advertised it’s advertised as 59cm tall but it actually only 51cm. Saying that every other site is quoting the same size.
