Always a lovely experience that's why we return again and again to both Hopton and 5 Lakes. Accommodation is 5 star along with meals. There is also plenty to do during the day, never a dull moment unless you decide you want one. By calling the holiday All Inclusive they do not exaggerate there is really no need to spend any more money.

This was our 2nd visit to Hopton as a couple having been before with granddaughters who really enjoyed it. From arrival everyone is friendly and welcoming, we quickly found our accommodation which was perfect and so clean. Having found our places for meals we had a swim first amazing. Then it was dinner which there's a choice for everyone. Then afterwards entertainment which was fantastic. We had a 3 night break of which we enjoyed every minute, plus the added visit a walk to the coast. Everyone was helpful and so friendly and you dont need any money it's so perfect. We will visit again

Definitely 5 star from start to finish accommodation,staff,food,shows,,and the activities you go once and can't stop going back again and again.and were back there this weekend. Well done Potters

Potters resort has to be the best resort I have ever been to.
It was so clean and well kept . The staff were attentive and courteous... They pampered to everyone's needs.
Nothing was too much trouble and the staff always seemed to enjoy themselves as well.
The food was delicious and if you have any special dietary requirements they were meet with care and confidence. (I am lactose intolerant and the staff knew how to cater for my needs).
The activities were well run with health and safety at the forefront.
The shows were as good as I have seen in the west end and I've seen quite a few.
My friend and I had the best time ever and we are looking forward to going again next year...

Listen, I'm not going to go into loads of detail about my stay, however what I will say is this
There is no other holiday that can hold a candle to potters
They are quite simply
THE BEST

From the minute you step through the door the magic starts. The staff are always very welcoming from reception, bars, entertainers, PTC, restaurant staff, house cleaning staff and security.
Plenty of food with a good variety although we have never made it to the midnight meal but it does look nice.
Lots to do throughout the day or you can sit and chill and people watch.
Evening entertainment is excellent, West End quality and after the show in the Atlas Theatre music continues in the Garden bar until you have had enough.
We are back to Five Lakes next month for our 12th visit since opening. Hopton is very similar but with children at the school holidays.
Go on give it a try......you can't take it with you.

Just fabulous, clean,friendly,funny,food excellent,entertaining first class.

I love Potters. We have been 3 times now and enjoyed every minute. The shows are fantastic.
Entertainment all day and 3 meals which are delicious.
The service at meal times is first class and to finish, all inclusive. What more could you want.❤️

As a frequent user of Warner holidays we thought we try out Potters all -inclusive as recommended by our friends. What a pleasent surprise it was. We stayed in the village accomodation and upgraded our room. The room was large with an enormous bed. Cleaned and topped up each day it was very comfortable. The grounds were immaculate as was the huge purpose built main area. There was a great choice of food and drink available but we never got to sample the midnight menu as we were full up from dinner! Entertainment was top class each evening and so much to do all day - most people didnt leave the area. Highly recommend and we will be back in the future. Only criticisms i could find were the early evening comediens were boardering on embarrassing and more suitable for a primary school audience with knife throwing and lame jokes. We avoided this slot after the second day.

Where to start everything about potters is excellent 1/the staff 2/meals 3/entertainment 4/ accommodation even though you spend little time in it Can’t fault anything would recommend potters to anyone

Great Entertainment and even had Father Christmas there having a break before his busy time. Could add Black Pudding to the breakfast menu 😋 Home from Home 🏡

I had previously stayed at Potters at Five Lakes and this time we decided to try Hopton. They both have the same high quality all-inclusive experience. I found that for a more laid back break I would go to Five Lakes and for a busier break I would return to Hopton. The evening entertainment is brilliant at both, there are activities during the day to keep busy and the food is excellent. Although I go with my husband I feel really comfortable going off by myself for a quiz or swimming. All of the staff are really friendly and it's lovely chatting to other guests. I'll be back in the new year.

Amazing weekend stay, just myself and my husband (wasn’t sure how we’d feel as previously we’d been with grandkids), but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in a different way. Free to join in silly quizzes, and watch the shows, staff friendly and made to feel part of the whole Potter experience.
Can’t wait for next year’s trip

Visited 5 lakes potters resort at the end of Sept for a weekend break with friends celebrating all our big birthdays and had a fabulous time from start to finish . Potters never fail to deliver on food , entertainment, activities, friendly staff that go above and beyond.
I would recommend Potters resort to anybody once you have been once you will return time and time again .
I am going again in December with my husband and two very dear friends and we are all very excited .

Staff always friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, comfortable and spacious in hotel, cabins smaller but still comfortable. Food excellent. Shows very professional cannot be faulted very enjoyable. Plenty of activities something for everyone all day long. Highly recommended
