Low efficiency and the staff at REMA1000 persuaded me to buy the tracking service which costs me 186 NOK, however it takes one week to be delivered (from Torshov to Gronland). same delivery time as the other one I sent with normal mail with only 28NOK. Cheated me!

Don't believe everything you see here. 4 stars? I don't think so. Check on more internet sites. This company is the worst. How is it that there exist 3 PostNorge businesses on trustpilot? 2 that have great reviews and one that has only 1 star reviews. The reality is the 1 star...so clearly they are buying their reviews from some other company. They have such a bad customer service, it's like talking to a cheap AI that only gives preset answers on repeat... I was supposed to get my package one week ago. It's ridiculous. Every day they say a new excuses and that today will be the day they deliver. When you talk to them, they don't do anything to help you and never let you speak to a supervisor. Super bad experience.

I will use PostNord again and again
I will repeat again and again. This is the BEST by far delivery company in Norway, rest of the world should take it as an example. Love it. And will ALWAYS choose JUST PostNord as long as i will be given a chance to choose PostNord for "frakt" . 10 out of 10 points.

Only used them a few times if there is no other delivery choice but postnord, they deliver to the wrong address, don't deliver at all, or they send the package back and forth for a few weeks before they actually deliver
