Avoid Postnord at all costs!

Extremely frustrating. Impossible to get in contact with customer service. Packages simply disappear. This time I was lucky - package arrived after three weeks. 50/50 if a package gets lost or not. The only thing that surprises me with Postnord is when a package arrives without any issues.

I did not want the item as it was not…

I did not want the item as it was not the correct item that I had ordered. I was told that I could reject the item on collection but it was so difficult to try to do this so I gave up and took it anyway. Also, my requested delivery address was not used and it was delivered to a supermarket. Very bizarre. The delivery time was also exceedingly slow.

Another package another review.

Another package another review.
Package sent by seller with ALL information. Even IOSS number.
Seller attach evidence.
Postnord try to charge me 180 kr extra for no vat report and the vat again.
Try to call them. Didnt work. Write them. Didnt work. Chat them. After 2 days I get a reply from EK saying that my package didnt have proper documentation.
I see the seller evidence.
Package has ALL DOCUMENTATION AND IOSS number.
Based on my experience almost seems like Postnord invent lies to get extra money.
Happened many times already but this time I rejected the package. Not going to pay double VAT.
