I got sent a very emotionally valuable item (and expensive) from Italy. They sent it with tracking and need for signature from the receiver to be sure that everything would go well. The item arrived very quickly to Denmark - point at which everything went wrong. Since the item was in Denmark the Italian post could not help anymore because it was Denmark's responsability to track and process further. I called the customer service which toæd me we needed to start an official complaint in Italy - whoch was done the same day. Nothing ever happened for days. I tried to call the post nprd customer service EVERY DAY from the 20th of November to the middle of February (!!!!!!) to just hear that they were not picking up the phone so i needed to solve my problems online or in the chat in the app - which was not possible given that the chat was out of service for the ALL period (!!!!) and i needed to talk to a human to understand what to do to find this package. At the end the package disappear from the app and after months of daily calls i gave up and lost 1400 kr and a very very emotionally important item. I have never ever tried anything so incredibly sloppy and bad in my life.
