Long delivery, not delivered at home

I was staying at home specifically to receive this package , then I got the message that it was not delivered and will be delivered to the post nl punt next day… now it’s half day and it is still not there however the location in within 6 min drive. Now it says that it will arrive between 18:00 and 20:00! I really counted to receive it, waist of time.

Pathetic an understatement

I had sent household items to my newly wedded daughter on 24th November,and it had reached on 27th. They claimed the custom duty as well.then started the drama of wrong address, refused delivery etc etc..though the address was perfectly alright, the delivery guy I guess was lazy to deliver. NL postal service literally at the mercy of delivery guys. The customer care is pathetic, they can't give a right reason for sending it back. Imagine we spend an arm and a leg to send it through international post and these people sitting at the post office say wrong address and send it back to the original destination.

The worst delivery company exists on…

The worst delivery company exists on planet Earth and they still running...you pay for delivery what they always f up....at least the consistent with 0 level service...deleted the phone number so you can call then when they f up....you can chat with Dan stupid ie who speak Dutch only...but even that half of it doesn't understand....good job in 2025....they should be stop with delivery that would be the best for everyone.

Utterly utterly terrible service

Utterly utterly terrible service, no tracking update, different information depending on who you talk to and incredibly unhelpful and rude customer service, just closed the dialogue box when I asked for more information. Avoid at all costs, if I could give zero stars I would..

Worst shipping company I have ever used

Worst company ever. They open your packages, steal it if they like what's inside, otherwise, they give it to you open.
Many times, they deliver to wrong address or pick-up point that's way far.
And what do they do when you complain about an issue? NOTHING.

Need reschedule to 10.12.25 from 2.12.25!

Instead of short-notice 2.12.2025 I need my 20-kg parcel delivered on the 10.12.2025 please
Your app does not allow any settings made for my delivery preferences. And your Daan thing is ever annoying bot that never connects to any human in a Monday morning. And at 8:30 am it is still off work hours, and at 11:22 am the 10-minutes to connect to a human have still not elapsed!

Shit service

I don't know why I'm posting it only now. Just fed up of a service that never respect their engagement. Never on time always losing packages. I have never understood the issue in this sector but don't promise any dates if you can't hold the deadline as simple as that

I would give 0 stars

I would give 0 stars. Terrible deliverers, why have statuses when they are never accurate? They deliver at the neighbours without even trying to ring the bell, then say they delivered package to correct address, very dumb. No customer service. Only an extremely dumb chat bot that actually knows nothing. It’s dreadful when a webshop ships with incompetent PostNL because you just know it’s going to suck. I’m sure if customers could choose the delivery company when ordering, PostNL would have gone bankrupt long ago. And well deserved may I add; how can a commercial company have such a customer unfriendly strategy, shove it in customers’ faces and get away with it? What is this? Some weird political party? Such poor performing companies have no right to exist and they wouldn’t if the customer got to decide who would be delivering the packages! I for one would gladly pay extra to be able to boycott PostNL. Every time I send a package I refuse to use this firm, because they are so unreliable. I find it very annoying that my stuff is given to PostNL for transport and I have no say in that. If it was up to me, they wouldn’t come near my property, ever. And I am not alone, this profile on trustpilot says it all, shame PostNL has become desensitised to the embarrassment of being an incompetent service. They don’t even try to do better, it’s obvious they struggle so bad, the service keeps getting worse and worse. Oh well..

Lazy and incompetent

They keep delaying delivery until they make up an excuse to return it to sender. Last time we weren't home, this time our address is wrong.
Packages should not be at the mercy of their incompetent employees, who will only attempt to deliver when they feel like it.
