what to say I find this site magnificent, the quality of the photos are beautiful and if you have any problems they are always ready to help you and find a solution. To be recommended :)

I had some troubles because one of my two acryl prints came at a poor quality. It may be ok on first quick view, but once you take a detailed look you'll see that this is not ok.
Anyway, i got the voucher to buy a new one. Very uncomplicated procedure.

Fast delivery

Awful experience. Photobox developers just can't leave the thing alone. More complex and fancy is not better! Impossible to navigate, confusing app and web platform interface, upload doesn't work (not even clear when or what you're uploading or what it's accessing), and layouts, despite being numerous are really limiting (eh no portrait options). About ten years ago it was a a great way to produce calendars etc, peaking about 5 years ago in terms of ease of use. Why do they keep changing it? I have just wasted hours and hours trying to 'create' somethung, thinking my photos were already uploaded, but they weren't, and they won't. Utter waste of time. Am really frustrated and disappointed...

Friendly and helpful service team. There are sometimes issues to solve, the service are (not all members of staff, but most) really good in troubleshooting. There a good solutions and you can forget trouble.

Quality of prints are actually always really good an appropriated for price.
