Outstanding customer service! Affiliate programs can be complex, especially when integrating them with your website. I've contacted their in-app chat support many times and they never fail to provide quick and effective solutions. And of course the software itself works great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Post affiliate pro is a great affiliate solution for those looking to grow their partner programs. It consolidates all transactions and makes things easy and transparent for all parties. I would recommend post-affiliate pro to anyone looking at affiliate software.

This software is horrible. I have hated it for 2 years hoping I would get better at it. Always thinking it must be me. I will learn the super complex system.
I never did. I use dozens of softwares. Nothing has ever been so bad.
You may not believe me, but you wait. The moment you don't have somebody handholding you, you won't be able to do what you need to do.
Also manual payouts? I want automated. Who wants to login everytime somebody asks to get paid.
One glitch in their system lead to an incorrect $4,000 payout demand.
Just so bad.

The automatic payment to affiliates is not something your advertised. Correct. But people considering your software likely will assume this basic feature is there. I am letting them know it is not there.

The system covers almost everything you need, in our case, the core requirement was to have a system that can track the sales made against a specific coupon code which is assigned to a correspondent affiliate, in the market you will find the majority of the affiliate tracking software covering clicks, leads ..etc. so it was so challenging to find a system that covers the coupon codes as well.

The system is very user friendly & very flexible at the same time!

This is a great affiliate software to use. It's a little confusing and things are not always clear like the fact there is no clear dashboard when you first log in to see your affiliate commissions. That being said it's affordable and the 24/7 support is excellent.

I've been using Post Affiliate Pro for three months and the customer support is the best I've experienced thus far. They have many features and tools that make it very reliable, the user interface is simple and intuitive, granted you do have to watch the provided YouTube videos for assistance of some tasks and navigation to be familiar with the program at first. It also supports features that allow great diversity and customization to create your own unique affiliate campaigns, manage them and also track affiliates and their commissions and payouts. The integration process is fairly easy and you recieve great online support from the customer care team which is available 24hours. There many compatible APIs that allow you to tailor your website to feature and support your customers and affiliates' needs. I'm not happy about the inability to communicate with the same person that helps you with the program from the get go or be able to request them specifically, though most of the support staff will be able to help you as they can view your program in real time and also update some features for you online in realtime as well. All in all it is an excellent affiliate program and has not left me wanting to look any further for other features.

our company has been with PAP for about 3 months trying to launch our affiliate business...I must say I no their is a stigma of doing business with companies over seas and gaining a trust factor as well as receive support while trying to understand the language. We have had to best experience and support from PAP they are determined to make our experience with them productive and successful

Found this software to be very difficult to use, and the misrepresent what a replicated site is. Asked for a refund in less than a month from signing up, and was refused.

We searched for software that could match all of our wishes. Including having affiliates for our affiliate porgram. We are paid for each transaction by one of our partners, and our affiliates wil lget some of it when they attributed to this transaction. That was pretty complex to set up because it is not a standard functionality. Post Affilliate Po was the only solution that could serve this function.

At Post Affiliate Pro we appreciated the availability and professionalism of the team during the trial phase, during the set up, and what not least, especially during use.

The team is always available 24/7 and sometimes, in the middle of the night (Italian time), we have managed to solve even complex problems thanks to their technical support.

The great versatility and the amount of features available allow you to take advantage of their software even for things they have not foreseen, this is extraordinary.

This is one of the most power and stronger affiliate marketing software that I use.

I have used this software over few months it's very good....but I ran and affiliate program that got me some clients from Africa ,Nigeria to be precise, now my question is can a Nigerian use this software with out any limitations. I don't want to drag my reputation to the mud thanks. I await your response.

Post Affiliate Pro is a great affiliate marketing program that has a lot of customization ability. You need to have some technical ability to customize, but their awesome customer support team is available to help out with any questions you have.

Absolutely love this software! Yes, you can manage the payments and commissions are always assigned properly.. However the biggest benefit for us is the in-depth reporting! PAP provides you sooo much valuable data about your affiliates performance. We used this information to make improvements to the marketing funnel and more than doubled our conversations! This alone has a huge ROI. The customer support is also very helpful. I highly recommend this company. Best affiliate software
