Overall, very good impression both with the purchase and customer service. I have ordered two painted clay casseroles and they are absolutely fantastic, for real. They look gorgeous and food tastes much better when cooked in these clay pots. Also very easy to wash so I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. As for delivery - you can see the delivery schedule on their website, per regions, so there's no guessing about it. As I said, contact by email was easy too so I don't quite understand some negative reviews. I am definitely going to purchase in future if I need to. Thank you!

Scam – Fraud:
I made a generous purchase from their online store. One week later, they finally decided to ship the order. They gave incorrect statement and told us the products had been delivered to our neighbours because they “could not find us at home.” However, our CCTV shows that no one came at the time they claimed to have delivered the package. Evertime i talked to them they gave me different statement and story, and they have not processed a refund or recovered the product.

Note: I checked with number 9, however I was told they were not at home at the time of delivery, if its different number 9 than my street its not in my responsibility to check the whole number 9 houses in the Netherlands.

Note2:11/03: now i was asked to go to neighbour number 7, (soon they will tell me to goto number 5), this is ridiculous. First i was told they came my home, later delivered number 9, now they are telling me its with number 7. I already filed a police report, you can tell your lies to them. Donot bother my family calling!

Please stay away from these shoplifters.

Althought the store is specialized in Portuguese products, I can find a lot of brazilian articles as well, like pao de queijo, paçoca and guaraná, to mention a few. Good prices and quick delivery time.
